MINUTES OF SCHOOL ASSOCIATION MEETING MONDAY 25^TH FEBRUARY 2008

1) EASTER BINGO. (FRIDAY 14TH MARCH).

 

 

   ACTION PLAN

 

 

- Caroline to send out a letter stating date, time and cost of tickets . We

 

also need someone to call out the numbers on the night. A reminder too for the children to bring an Easter egg to school on Non- Uniform day on Friday 7^th March.

 

 

 - Yvonne to try and  the borrow the Bingo  machine from the Scouts.

 

 

 - Sam has kindly said we can wrap the eggs at her house again on Wednesday

 

   12th  March .Time to be confirmed and extra help may be needed.

 

 

 - Wayne to organise the cellophane wrap etc.

 

 

 - Julia to buy new Bingo books if required.

 

 

 - Anne to arrange opening up of school at approx.18.00 and closing at

 

      approx.21.30.

 

 

Can we please try and be there by 18.00 to set up the tables and raffle.

 

 

 

 

     2)  SPONSORED   EVENT.  (1ST  week of June, probably 6th June).

 

 

   Wayne to arrange to hire a bouncy castle for a sponsored bounce.

 

 

 

2) Mark Smith to be asked about doing the front cover for the Summer Fete

 

programme.  Anne to ask him.
